A San Antonio native, Galeana Younger has a background that makes her a unique interior designer. An early career in branding and advertising with some of the world’s most recognizable companies solidified her understanding of a basic consumer need: a desire to live a better life. She helped develop strategies that initiated product developments, marketing campaigns and interior environments.   

After several years in marketing, she transitioned to retail and opened a contemporary women’s boutique. She provided her clientele with edgy, colorful fashions that made them feel beautiful on the inside and out. This experience, too, afforded her the opportunity to transform consumers.   

It wasn’t until she took on a very personal project that her life calling became apparent. She took an 80+ year old home and completely restored it. When she was finished, her friends and family began to ask her to help them with their design projects. At the request of those initial clients, a new business was born. She went back to school in Interior Design, as she continued to service her clients, and she hasn’t looked back since. She continues to create colorful, creative spaces that foster joy and happiness for her growing client roster.   

Galeana was a featured designer on HGTV’s House Hunters Renovation. She has been a consistent recipient of Houzz.com’s coveted Customer Service and Design Awards, as her work has been featured in many home shelter publications. Most recently, she wrapped a shoot of her own home for Houzz TV.   In addition to the completion of a two-year Interior Design program, Galeana holds an MBA in International Business. She still lives in that 80+ year old home with her beautiful son and two dogs.
